Empowering Delaware Families Through Connection and Support
Delaware Family-to-Family Health Information Center
Parent Information Center of Delaware is a nonprofit organization that houses the Delaware Family-to-Family Health Information Center, formerly known as Delaware Family Voices. Our team is primarily made up of parents who have experienced similar journeys and understand the challenges families face. We work to connect you with other families, helpful resources, and community agencies. We can talk through your situation, help identify available options and services, and guide you through the steps needed to access them. This includes support with enrolling in programs, navigating insurance, and finding the resources you need to best support your child.
We’re Here to Help
Receiving a diagnosis for your child can turn your world upside down. As a parent, you know you will do what is necessary to help your child. How do you know what your child’s needs are? Who will help you find the information?
You don’t have to learn everything all at once. We can help prioritize needs, and explain terminology you may encounter, but are unsure of the meaning. We will provide you with information, resources, emotional support and the comfort of knowing that someone else gets it.
